The position is approximately 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule. We prefer an active or retired EMT or Paramedic with a strong understanding of EMS education, clinical documentation, and student requirements.
Primary duties include:
• Assisting EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic students with scheduling clinical and field rotations
• Reviewing clinical paperwork and documentation for compliance
• Maintaining student clinical and skills records
• Tracking student progress in Platinum Planner and spreadsheets
• Working with students, instructors, hospitals, and EMS agencies to resolve scheduling or documentation issues
This would be a good position for someone who knows EMS, is organized and detail-oriented, enjoys working with students, and wants a flexible part-time role without the demands of a full-time field position.
