Paramedic (Multiple Positions Available)

Summary

The Paramedic is responsible for providing emergency medical care within the scope of their certification under the direction of a licensed medical provider. The Paramedic will also perform basic and advanced life support, non-emergency medical care to treat illnesses and injuries. We have multiple positions available across our various facilities, including Muscogee, Dougherty, Clayton, Cherokee and Henry county.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic Program 

• One (1) year related experience in a medical environment 

• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation. 

Required Certifications and Licenses 

• Must have and maintain current Paramedic licensure within the State of Georgia

• Must have or attain a BLS Certification prior to the first day of employment
